FAI 3.4.0 Packages for Ubuntu

Dear Colleagues,

I just uploaded the latest FAI 3.4.0 packages for maverick to the FAI
PPA on Launchpad.

You should be able to install this packages also on Lucid.

Please test, so we can add FAI back into Ubuntu...
