fai3.3 + karmic

Hello!

I have upgrade from fai-3.2.20 to fai-3.3 and from Ubuntu Jaunty to
Karmic. It does work well, but there is no Text ouput on tty1 anymore.
There is the usual output from the kernel and initrd scripts, but then
nothing seem to happen.

It took me some hours to figure out, that fai actually runs through all
steps. I thought the kernel/initrd didn't work with either fai 3.3 or
karmic or whatever. The output stopped with a hardware warning, by
coincidence.

My guess is, that fai doesn't work well with upstart's way to start tty
tasks?
