busybox in lenny without NFS support for FAI

In FAI you do not need to define busybox at any location.

AFAIK the nfs-user-server does not work for FAI.

When I create my nfsroot is uses busybox (1:1.10.2-2), taht works
without any problems.
Which version is causing problems for you?
