missing drives with setupstorage?

That looks fine, so I'd be interested what "it breaks" means in this case, could
you give some details? Further, which version of FAI are you using?

The second partition of whatever disk "disk2" is, which is determined by the
disklist variable. You might know about the use of disk1, etc. in the
disk_config line, so this is just an extension of that schema to partitions. But
anyway, sda5 and sdb5 should be fine.
