Huh? pxelinux.0 missing after fai-setup

And that's the strange thing - even the verbose log does not show that
the pxelinux.0 file is created. I run fai-setup -v again this morning;
to rule out any points of error, I did not use any local mirrors or
apt-proxies.

Using FAI 3.2.20.
