Using fai-cd from Lenny to install Etch clients

I didn't check etch's package lists or backports or the like, but if you can
somehow get those packages: /srv/fai/nfsroot/live/filesystem.dir is a full-blown
system, so you can safely chroot into it and do the usual apt/dpkg stuff.
