ubuntu 8.10 on client side - About libsepol error

I was just thinking about libsepol.
Might be the problem that default initrd in:
* (Both intrepid 8.10 desktop edition or intrepid 8.10 server edition)
* (Onlyintrepid 8.10 server edition)
does not have libsepol.so.1 by default but older versions of Ubuntu do
have it?

Just a quick thought.
