errors with amd64 fai setup

Hello,

I'm trying to install Ubuntu Hardy Heron.
For i386 architecture it works, fai boots, partitions and configures the
install client.

Problems arouse when booting an AMD64 kernel:
right after "mounting root device":
 /init: .: 150: Can't open /scripts/live

I've read the postings to Bug#452363, but doesn't help me.

/srv/fai/nfsroot/live/filesystem.dir/usr/share/initramfs-tools/scripts/live
does exist in my nfsroot environment.


My setup is:
Fai-Server: Debian Etch, with FAI from koeln repos.
nfsroot: Debian Etch, created for i386
basefiles are generated for both architectures
kernels:
i386: linux-image-2.6.18-5-686          2.6.18.dfsg.1-17 from etch
amd64: linux-image-2.6.18-5-amd64 2.6.18.dfsg.1-17 from etch

I try to share the nfsroot for both type of fai-clients, amd64 and i386
arch clients.
Is it possible to do so?
