bzip2: (stdin) is not a bzip2 file.
Failed to fetch
http://www.informatik.uni-koeln.de/fai/download/dists/etch/koeln/binary-i386/Packages.bz2
Sub-process bzip2 returned an error code (2)
E: Some index files failed to download, they have been ignored, or old

and the mirror doesn't contain anything but the aptcache directory
(which looks, at a first glance, like it perfectly contains all needed
packages!), being unusable for creating a fai-cd:
install:~# fai-cd -m /var/fai-mirror/ fai-cd-dhd_0.1.iso
Bind mounting all required parts
NFSROOT /srv/fai/nfsroot/live/filesystem.dir mounted
Config space /etc/fai-local/config mounted
Mirror /var/fai-mirror/ mounted
ERROR: No suitable Packages file found in mirror.
