mount error trying to use fai-cd

I'm trying to use fai to create a bootable CD image, after having
successfuly done:

fai-setup -v
fai-mirror /srv/fai/debian/
export FAI_CONFIGDIR=/srv/fai/config/

However I keep getting this:

faiserver:/srv/fai# fai-cd -m /srv/fai/debian/ /tmp/faiclient1.iso
Bind mounting all required parts
NFSROOT /srv/fai/nfsroot/live/filesystem.dir mounted
Config space /srv/fai/config/ mounted
Mirror /srv/fai/debian/ mounted
mount: Not a directory

From looking at the fai-cd script it looks like it's from when it's
trying to mount the temp file it creates as $nfsrootdir/etc/apt/sources.list
This is on Debian Etch, any idea why it's happening?

Thanks

Tim
