FAI for Gentoo

No, there were some people also asking for this, but AFAIK nobody
already did this. I hope you will not install stage1 during a FAI :-)

You have to create a minimal base tar file, and we have to extend
install_packages for supporting the gentoo package management. But
this is very easy.
