package postgresql fail

Ok once again now in english 

i create a package with depconf file

All i see in log files is that the start of postgres get fail (ok it's 
dosn't matter)
Postgres is installed but not cofigurated  (initdb was not running) so the 
start of postgres fail too. 
if i reboot and install
 
 #>debconf-set-selection  /debconf/POSTGRESQL
#>aptitude postgresql

all works without interaction
