Formatting bigger Partitions

Fill a bug report for sfdisk.

So if sfdiks does not work, use a hook for task partition and use
parted inside this hook. It's not that flexible as a disk_config file,
but it will work. IMO there are examples of some partitions hooks in
the faiwiki.
