make-fai-bootfloppy

Hi,

Is there an other way to create the fai-boot-floppy without having a 
loopback device?  My install server has a xen virtual machine and the 
loopback device isn't in the kernel ( :( ), rebuilding the kernel would 
be a pain so I would like to avoid it.
