Best way to install backports with FAI

I guess you could use a preferences file to pin certain packages to 
backports.  Myself, I just use a local repository and copy everything I 
want to take from backports to that repo.  These versions are always newer 
than the sarge versions, so the versions from the local repo will be picked 
up automatically.
