fai 2.8.4 -> 2.9.1 update

Yo all!

I'm just updating from fai 2.8.4 to 2.9.1.  Is there documentation as to 
what I need to change in my existing configuration space?  I've merged the 
changes in /etc/fai into my configuration files, this shouldn't be any 
problem, but I don't know what is required in the config directory.

Especially, this changelog entry makes me thing:
  * scripts/ directory is now bin/

but the shipped example and the fai guide still talk about scripts/.
