disk_var.sh SWAPLIST problem

  So someone that skips partition, possibly because of a patition hook
will not have $diskvar in the env, does he? 
  Is that documented? It also creates a dependency which I believe to be
wrong. Perhaps the exporting of $diskvar to the env should not be done
from within task_partition?
