make local debian mirror form cd-rom

Hi folk,

I like to setup fai for my local network and for that I like to have a
local debian mirror from cd-rom. How can I do this. When I copy all
cd-roms in one folder then how can I create the right Packages* files?

I need a solution because my Internet connection is very slow.
