FAI Guide translations

Currently "only" french and romanian translations of the guide exist. These 
translations are neither integrated in the FAI source code nor packaged. 
There is also no common (or wide known) toolchain to update / create the 
translations (hints certainly welcome!). 

To improve this situation I've set this page up. If you have anything to add, 
please drop my an email.

Available translations:
- english (authoritive, from fai 2.8.3)
- french (from fai 2.6)
- romanian (from fai 2.8.3)
- german (missing ;-)
