endless loop ?

OK, so it's not endless, but in some cases it takes a few attempts.
(20 minutes instead of 5...) Which means that the setup is OK (nothing 
changed). And I cannot read the log files since they don't get transferred
to the server :-( 
I might choose -F instead of -B - and would probably find out that the
effect had disappeared completely ...

Perhaps it'd be a nice idea to give chboot a second chance (or send some
extended information about the error).

Trying to find out where RC == 3 comes from now,
