New version 2.6.6

I upgraded to 2.6.6 from 2.6.5 and it fails on fai-setup.
It appears make-fai-nfsroot may be different.

The script can not resolve the ftp server name in the sources.list and fails on the apt-get update. I added another line to also create the $NFSROOT/etc/resolv.conf and it works as before.

upgrade_nfsroot()
  cp -p $v /etc/resolv.conf $NFSROOT/etc/resolv.conf-installserver
  $ROOTCMD apt-get update

I'm not sure if this is the best way as we use a DNS alias and no /etc/hosts entries.
