error in DEFAULT/S01

Hi

My installations always give me the following:

rcS.log:DEFAULT/S01          FAILED with exit code 1.
rcS.log:Rename for 0A000014 failed.No such file or directory
shell.log:DEFAULT/S01          FAILED with exit code 1.

I can't see that is wrong in the scripts/DEFAULT/S01 file.

Any ideas?
