problem with 2.6.6.

I just had the same problem and I noticed two facts:
- It seems that the bug in debootstrap was silently fixed
- make-fai-nfsroot deletes /etc/resolv.conf in function create_base

My solution was:
Remove the line (#238) in /usr/sbin/make-fai-nfsroot
rm -f $NFSROOT /etc/resolv.conf
