Specifying server-name with Windows 2000 DHCP

Unfortunately, that doesn't mention the server-name parameter for  
DHCPD or it's equivalent for Windows. Problem is, I'm not really sure  
what server-name is supposed to specify, as best I can gather it's  
the name of the DHCP server!

If I can't get this to work, then in what way do I go about  
specifying the 'monserver' parameter to monitor installs with  
faimond? The kernel command line?
