CD ejection

We use the CD install variant of FAI. I'd like to modify our version to 
eject the CD when the install is finished. Where is the best place to 
do this? My thought was to put an entry in inittab for runlevel 0 to 
eject -m the CD. Will this even work? Is there a better way?
