Fake start stop daemon

Hello Justin,

I had this problem once ...
Thomas Lange answered to my question that it may be caused by an old 
deboostrap under woody.

However, I used sarge and it didn't help.

After some time (and an update to the newest version of fai) it has 
disappeared.

Sorry, I had no time to search for the root cause ...
