We're building fai bootcd's from sarge/testing and last week our CD build broke unexpectedly. Digging it a bit, I discovered that make-fai-nfsroot was failing because apt-utils required libdb4.2 which wasn't installed. Our temporary fix has been to add '--include=libdb4.2' to FAI_DEBOOTSTRAP_OPTS
