Tip when upgrading FAI: upgrade debootstrap first!

Hi-

Went to FAI 2.6 today from 2.5.4 by installing the new FAI and forward
porting my changes in the simple example to the stuff that comes w/ 2.6

When I ran fai-setup to re-create the nfsroot and such, debootstrap failed
pretty badly (trying up to 5 times to resolve a missing package problem and
it gives up)

I found the simple solution is to upgrade the debootstrap package on the box
before calling fai-setup -- might be a good idea to make a note of this
somewhere for people who might run into the same problem -- it seems it's
easy to overlook this.

Also noticed the following when nfsroot gets upgraded w/ a bunch of packages:

Upgrading /disk1/fai/nfsroot
Adding additional packages to /disk1/fai/nfsroot:
module-init-tools dhcp3-client ssh file rdate hwinfo
bootpc rsync wget rsh-client less dump reiserfsprogs usbutils
dpkg-dev ext2resize hdparm smartmontools parted raidtools2 lvm2
dnsutils ntpdate dosfstools cfengine cvs jove
sysutils dialog discover mdetect libnet-perl netcat libapt-pkg-perl
grub lilo read-edid kudzu hwtools dmidecode
/var/lib/dpkg/tmp.ci/preinst: line 7: lvscan: command not found <---------
Creating SSH2 RSA key; this may take some time ...
Creating SSH2 DSA key; this may take some time ...
Restarting OpenBSD Secure Shell server: sshd.

Might want to add whatever package supplies lvscan so that preinst script
doesn't produce the complaint about lvscan not being around?

Well -- I'm off to test everything out.
