Using http-proxy during Installation

 Hi,

I´ve installed FAI and after some minor and major problems I´m now at a point where I can not go on:

Due to diskspace-reasons it is not possible for me to create a local Deb-Mirror. So I´d like to access a mirror over the internet. The problem is now, that the Client is behind a firewall and the only way to connect to a deb-mirror is over a proxy. So I´ve defined the variable http_proxy.

After the hdd-partioning the, while "Updating base" in /tmp/fai/updatebase.log there are the following errors:

Err http://security.debian.org sarge/updates/main Release

            Could not resolve ´security.debian.org´

... and later ...

Err http://ftp.de.debian.org sarge/main Release

Could not connect to ftp.de.debian.org:80 (141.76.2.4), connection timed out

For me it looks like fai ignores the proxy-settings an try to connect to the mirrors directly.
Any ideas how to get fai using the proxy? Thanks for your help,
Best regards,

Ralf
