That's more a warning.

This is the badd error. Have a look at software.log

    > shell.log:E: Couldn't find package kernel-image-2.6.4_fai.1.0_i386.deb
The definition of the kernel package in class/*.var is bad or the
Packages.gz in /fai/files/pacakges ist wrong.
