patch 'create_ramdisk' for 2.6.x kernel

Hello world!

Currently I'm trying FAI 2.5.4 and a 2.6.4 kernel image (compiled myself) 
for boot clients host after PXE do! It's OK, but now i'm searching 
'create_ramdisk' to patch it with: 

old: mount -t shm shm /tmp
new: mount -t tmpfs none /tmp 

...and I can't find the file that contain this function, or a script with 
'mount -t shm shm /tmp' command. 

Any help?
