sory to bother you. stupid mistake.
the problem was in /etc/exports. The fai uses NIS groups which I have
not. I still do not use NIS. So I add Manual exports for fai to
/etc/exports
# FAI
/usr/local/share/fai @faiclients(ro)
/usr/lib/fai/nfsroot @faiclients(ro,no_root_squash)
# Manual exports for FAI
/usr/local/share/fai 10.16.66.128/28(ro)
/usr/lib/fai/nfsroot 10.16.66.128/28(ro,no_root_squash)
