I have been trying to set up a mirror with mkdebmirror and setup apt to use it as a source for setting up the rest of fai.but apt reports it could not fetch the Packages file.
I have tried this a few times but get the same!
So I wonder if the is a problem with rsync and the mkdebmirror message: failed Contents-i386.gz and other files see below, as the files do apear in the mirror!.
I set -x and --debug on mkdebmirror and debmirror. the files appeare to be tranfered ok: So what is the problem!
Net::FTP=GLOB(0x83d3688)>>> RETR dists/woody/Release.gpg
Net::FTP=GLOB(0x83d3688)<<< 150 Opening BINARY mode data connection for dists/woody/Release.gpg (394 bytes)
Net::FTP=GLOB(0x83d3688)<<< 226 Transfer complete.
 I must be missing something, (I hope this is not just a apt question)
Thanks Max
