hello
i would like to install debian on several PCs (same configuration) with
predifined packages via an ftp server (ftp.debian.org for example).
All i want to do is to enter the name and the IP of the computer, and
the install is beginning.....
All PCs are individuals, it's not a cluster of PCs.
The fact is that they have all a floppy and a CDROM device...
My problem is that i don't have permissions to run a NFS demon, .....on
the intranet.

So is it possible to use FAI to select packages and its configurations
parameters and have in result an iso image (CDROM or floppy)

Is is possible to :
do not use a NFS root filesystem and create a root filesystem in memory
like the tiny linux distributions (tomsrtbt for example)??

thanks
Sylvain
