1) if you aren't able to at least read english - how did you start to use
fai, and how did you get this list? 
The main body of documentation is in english language. So You're lost with
FAI anyway without it.
So I suppose the reason people using german isn't the disability to use
english.

2) not all people are american or english, but it's the most common
language
around the world, so it enables people from very different countries to
exchange information about a lot of things

3) if you think there's a strong need to support germans not speaking
english, you have a lot work to do, see 1)

ok, i don't wanna fight about this any more, but i have to say what i
think,
because i wrote to some people too not to use german here because ot these
reasons.
