setting $HOSTNAME during install

this dhcpd.conf record works with debian 3.0 (I use cloned ws, not yet fai) ;-\

host nelix {   hardware ethernet 00:10:5A:F5:6F:77;
               fixed-address nelix.tx.fws-sha;

}

option host-name is collected by the debian dhcp-client, it works!
