FAI success stories, query about keeping system uptodate postinstall

I made up a few patches for FAI, called them PFAI and put them on
http://www.physik.fu-berlin.de/~glaweh/debian/pfai.tar.bz2
most of them are already sent to Thomas Lange, maybe he will include
them into FAI... 
basically the update only works for cvs based $FAI, because this is used
to detect what has to be updated.
i put our setup here:

there are some files not included here for security reasons (things like
rootpasswords and NIS domain names ;) )
