initrd and ethernet modules

initrd is not supported on the fai bootfloppy (it's not needed). So
you have to create a boot floppy by your own, that uses initrd and
includes you network driver. When this boot floppy boots you computer
it should mount the fai nfsroot file system in the last step and
chroot (using pivot root) to the default fai nfsroot.
