Continuing implementation of CD installation

Hi,

the basic concept works (currently installing from CD, plus a floppy with
some additional configuration, and network `http' deb source).

If someone wants to look at it, I would be grateful. It's on:

with two parts:
   - the -base: the scripts.
   - the -image: contains the bootable image and a pre-generated kernel.
     You can generate the kernel automatically with the -base scripts, but
     the bootable image you cannot completely. In case, it's the exact
     same boot image as is used on the debian-educ CD. It will be modified
     by the scripts.

especially look at the NOTES file in the -base tar.
