CONFIG_FILTER ? The Socket filtering stuff ?

I'll give it a try, however I'm not sure it's required by
the DHCP mecanism.

By the way, looking into net/ipv4/ipconfig.c, I just saw there
was a #define for enable DHCP DEBUG, so I'll also give it
a try.
