What is the preferred way for patches to be submitted?

Sorry, that I answer so late.
For small, easy patches (like typos,etc) I prefer emails to this
list. Otherwise I'm happy to get a bug report to the Debian BTS or a
pull report. Whatever is more suitable for you.
