New Ubuntu PPAs

Hi there,

I updated/created two PPAs at Launchpad. The first contains
Launchpad-builds of the latest FAI-releases.

The second is my maintainance-branch of 3.4. I'm currently not
maintaining it any more, but I will happily accept pull-requests at
github. Most issues are probably fixed in 4.3 and can be back-ported.
