RFC: How to improve Ubuntu support

Ideally there will be no need for a special Ubuntu README, if the FAI
packages are ready-to-go in Ubuntu. Everything should work just as
with Debian.

It will be important to have a recent dracut package in Ubuntu, so
what needs to be done for that?
