Upcoming FAI Stable release 3.4.5

My current git tree (3.4.5-rc1) is available at:

To provide more time for inclusion of the approx switch and for
testing (especially to Thomas) I don't require the release to happen
until 12th of november, instead beginning of next week should be
fine as well.
