Cleanup of FAI svn directory

Hi FAI developers,

I ask you to have a look at your branches in the FAI svn
repository and do a cleanup of old unused directories
(e.g. eartoast/fix-copyright, faiguy/bugfix/480830,...). 
It's easier for others to find relevant information if obsolete data
is removed. You should also have a look at the wiki page
http://faiwiki.informatik.uni-koeln.de/index.php/People_branches
and update the information there.
