Update doc, question to ssh_known_hosts

Good morning!

I wast just experiementing with fai, it looks pretty nice. Though
there are some problem ;-) ->

In my setup, dhcpd runs by a different organisation, thus dhcpd and
tftp and nfs (nfsroot, config, debian) are on two machines.

- you mention monserver in the documentation, but not where to set it
-> update docs to refer to kernel command line and maybe fai-chboot

- when using FAI_LOGPROTO=ssh, the ssh command on the install server
  asks to verify hostkey
-> either use StrictHostKeyChecking no (maybe insecure)
-> or add FAI_LOGHOST ident to nfsroot (problematic, as loghost can be
     changed independet of fai.conf)

- I'm missing an overview page similar to
  http://faiwiki.informatik.uni-koeln.de/index.php/Variables
which contains all variables and all possible values
  (think of FAI_FLAGS for instance)

- I get "SERVER not defined. Can't change network boot configuration"
-> How can I tell the client that it should log into
fai at fai.example.org and that the tftp-root is at
/home/services/tftp? Can't it somehow reuse TFTPROOT from
  make-fai-nfsroot.conf? Maybe adding TFTPSERVER would
  solve that issue

SSH / known_hosts problem would have to be fixed before anyway.

- I'm using /etc/fai-i386 and /etc/fai-amd64; If fai-chboot is
called from an installation machine, does it also supply
-C ... as it was set when doing make-fai-nfsroot?

- faimond: I would like to have the same output as on the client
is there any option available so fai multiplexes output?

iirc linux has some netlog feature, which would be used to do
remote logging even on kernel side

The documentation in general is very good, only minor things missing.

Nico
