updated changelog according to discussions in Extremadura

Hi,

Mika and Holger stepped up to update the changelog according to the
discussions we've had in Extremadura. As the updating took place in a
gobby session hosted by me, it's now up to me to present the patch which
you can find as an attachment to this E-mail.
