FAI 3~beta21 uploaded

After some weeks of very hard work, I uploaded FAI 3~beta21. This is
still for sarge, but from now on I will change FAI 3 to work with
etch, and maybe this will break sarge compatibility.
A lot of bugs will be closed now, and I hope we can close the rest
until etch is released ;-)

This release is beta, because some things may still change and the
documentation is not up-to-date.

I hope you enjoy the new dirinst feature and you will send comments to
the list.
