  support dashes in classes, Closes: 1105748

the hostname is also defined as class and may contain a dash (-),
map the dash to the O umlaut and enable utf8 so Eval::Logic can use expressions containing a dash, otherwise this error occurs:
Syntax error or invalid truth value in expression: 'foo-bar' at -e line 1.
