  use cp -a which also preserves hardlinks

There were problems with insufficient disk space in the ext3.img
filesystem, when copying without preserving hardlinks.
We had 13 files in lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/dri which are are hardlinks.
e.g.
lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/dri/zink_dri.so
lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/dri/nouveau_dri.so

  add sysinit.target to requires

Without it, the small FAI CD did not recognized any disks.
/dev/vda did not belong to group disk and we had eth0 instead of ens. systemctl start sysinit.target helped. Therefore adding this target to requeires
